WHAT ARE THE TERMS OF USE?
All 59 Indigo Road digital products are for Personal/Non-Commercial use.
You can make as many copies of the purchased product as you wish for yourself, and for use in your personal projects, such as your own junk journals and art prints to decorate your space, but are not permitted to make copies for others.
You agree not to sell, distribute, duplicate, publish, modify, create derivative works, or share any of our resources with others. This includes offering downloads of our products or parts of in any recorded/LIVE session or distributing in goods you sell via any On-Line Marketplace and/or web site.
WHAT SOFTWARE DO I NEED TO DOWNLOAD DIGITAL PRODUCTS?
You will need an unzipping software to unpack zipped folders.
HOW DO I ACCESS AND PRINT MY PRODUCTS?
The link in your Order Confirmation e-mail will take you to the zipped folder you can download to your computer. Please check your spam folder just in case it pops in there
Download and save the zipped folder to your computer, not your mobile device (downloading to mobile phones in particular has been known to cause problems and misplacement/loss of files). Make sure you save the file where you can find it easily in the future
Unzip the downloaded folder to unpack the product and make it accessible for printing
Print out the JPEG/s
For best results:
Print on matte photo paper or thick card stock
To achieve the same look and feel throughout your journal print double-sided
Use the plain lined page in our Junk Journal kits as the backside of some, or all of your pages. This will preserve the same look and feel, and also provide additional space for writing
If you print at home, keep in mind the orientation of the file - most of our digital art files are in portrait orientation, while junk journal pages are printed in landscape orientation. To print 8.5x11" pages on letter size paper, choose "Full page" in your printer's Photo Size dropdown menu.

If your download link is not there don't worry, sometimes technology isn't as reliable as we think. Please contact us so we can confirm your payment and email you the link for the product directly.
ARE ANY OF YOUR PRODCUTS AVAILABLE IN HARDCOPY?
Sorry, not at this stage.
CAN I SHARE THE DOWNLOAD WITH MY FRIENDS?
Simply put, no. Please direct your friends to 59 Indigo Road so they can buy the product themselves.

REFUND POLICY
Being that these are digital and not physical products that can be returned, we do not offer refunds, nor do we accept returns and cancellations. Simply put, once files are downloaded to one's computer, they are delivered and received, and from thereon cannot be returned or cancelled.
At the same time, we are more than happy to provide assistance in case you have any issues with the purchased files, so feel free to contact us any time.
